Hae ECOSY:n Winter Universityyn!
SONKin eurooppalainen kattojärjestö ECOSY järjestää perinteisen Winter Universityn tänä vuonna teemalla “A Mandate for Jobs – Priorities for the 7th legislature”. Tapahtuma järjestetään 28.2.-4.3.2010 Brysselissä. SONK lähettää Winter Universityyn yhden edustajan, jonka kulut korvataan. Tapahtumaan osallistuu nuoria sosialidemokraatteja joka puolelta Eurooppaa. Hae mukaan! Mikäli kiinnostuit, lähetä vapaamuotoinen hakemuksesi SONKiin (paasihteeri@sonk.fi) ma 15.2. klo 16 mennessä.
Dear Comrades,
It is our great pleasure to invite you to attend the 5th Winter University “A Mandate
for Jobs – Priorities for the 7th legislature”, organised with the kind support of
the S&D Group in the European Parliament. This exciting event will take place in
Brussels, from the 28th February to 4th March 2010.
The Winter University is a successful project that gathers young socialists and social
democrats from all over Europe for a working week activity. The programme is made
up of plenary debates and roundtables giving each participant a unique opportunity
to exchange views with EU political actors: MEPs, PES representatives, trade
unionists and students unions’ members, NGOs activists. It is in this setting that a
European dialogue truly takes place and a vision for the future of European social
democracy is being shaped.
Just half a year into the 2009-2014 mandate of the European Parliament and under
the dark clouds of an enduring economic crisis, the 2010 ECOSY Winter University
will focus on jobs, jobs and jobs. Participants will participate in exciting debates on
economic recovery, green growth, Europe2020, working conditions for young people,
education, a knowledge based society, equal opportunities and Decent Work Decent
Life.
